Message To All Consumers Who Receive Unsolicited Commercial
E Mail From any Address containing "@iamafiduciary.com"

• DO NOT OPEN THIS E-MAIL, IT May Contain Malicious Code Or A VIRUS •

Dear Consumers,

More and more serious professional web site owners and developers are being targeted by unscrupulous web marketing firms. This technique of employing unrelated third party addresses in the "from line" of an E mail to send out spam is called "spoofing". Spoofing is defined by the Federal Trade Commission as " forging the "from" or "reply to" lines in an e-mail to make it appear that the e-mail was sent from an innocent third-party. The third party then receives bounced-back undeliverable messages and angry "do not spam me" complaints." It is illegal, however, it is very difficult, if not impossible to prevent because many of these marketers are located in countries like Poland, Yugoslavia, Ukraine, Taiwan and Rumania, among other countries.

If you have received any E mail advertisements from any address purportedly emanating from this domain, such as ijk@, james@ mail@ or test@ or sales@ iamafiduciary.com, you may be absolutely certain that this mail did NOT come from this web site, Neither Taylor and Associates, nor the company whose servers host this web site have, or would ever authorize any such mail. While I sympathize with all who receive these E mails, they are not originating from my E mail servers, they are originating from the server of a spoofer somewhere outside the United States. All I can do is report the unauthorized abuse of my domain name to the FTC.

I personally became aware that my firm was the victim of "spoofing" when I began receiving E mails to my personal E mail address from "myself". You should delete and not respond to any E mails you receive. My firm NEVER sends unsolicited E mail and you will only EVER receive E mail from me or any associate of my firm with access to the iamafiduciary.com mail servers if you have contacted us in the past, or are currently clients of Taylor & Associates. UNLESS YOU ARE A CURRENT CLIENT OR HAVE CONTACTED MY FIRM REQUESTING INFORMATION, NEVER OPEN ANY E MAIL ATTACHMENT IF IT PURPORTS TO COME FROM THIS SERVER. I have reported the recent violations to my Internet Service Provider and the FTC. However, since the E mails are never actually sent through the ISP’s mail servers (all our mail servers are password protected for any outgoing mail) there is little they are able to do.

One final note; My stock in trade is information and I never give out free stock tips, EVER! Therefore, any E-Mails you may have received regarding "exploding stocks" are almost certainly "PUMP AND DUMP" schemes, where unscrupulous companies try to pump up a stock price by mailing millions of E-Mails out to potential victims. Once the price has been "pumped" these illegal organizations then "dump" their large positions for a huge profit (dumping the stock) before the price collapses again. Whenever I’m made aware of pump and dump schemes I always report the matter to the Securities Exchange Commission. You should do the same!

If you would like more information on this topic, please read the "Prepared statement on unsolicited commercial E mail" issued on July 9, 2003 by the Federal Trade Commission by clicking here.

Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter and make the Internet a safer place by ALWAYS reporting spam to the Federal Trade Commission!
